Stone Edge Surfaces Polishable Self-Leveler is a “no primer required” (under most common circumstances), polymer enhanced Portland cement & other proprietary additive, pre-sanded, polishable self-leveling overlay that has a longer working time to allow for stronger adhesion to the substrate and any shell, aggregate, glass bead or crushed glass, etc., that’s been added into it for polishing.
Polishable Self-Leveler has unique physical and chemical bonding and hardness properties that allow it to accept aggregate, colored glass, shell, etc., bond to it and then be polished to create stunning Floors and more.
BASE/TOP COAT: Polishable Top Coat Overlay
THICKNESS: 0-feather to 1/8” – 3/4” Max
APPLICATION METHOD: Mix and Pour, Pump
WORKING TIME: 15-45 Minutes depending on Temp. Average walkable 8 to 24 Hrs and polishable in 24 – 48 hours
COLORS: Available in White or Gray. Will accept Integral
or Topical Colors.
HARDNESS: 7,000 PSI
