Stone Edge Surfaces Dry Colored Release Agents are a colored fine powder concrete stamp release agent that is broadcast, cast or applied with a color shaker onto the surface of Ready-Mix Concrete as a release agent so Concrete Stamps, texture mats or texture rollers do not stick to the concrete during the stamping process.
Dry Colored Release Agent color is transferred to the concrete during the stamping process, as a portion of the Dry Colored Release Agent becomes embedded in the concrete, usually in the low spots or indentations created by the texture mat or stamp, and the embedded color creates an antiqued or deep textured look. Stone Edge Surfaces Dry Colored Release Agents can also be used to match or contrast colors to create a variety of effects.
A combination of colors can add realistic shading and highlights to the finished concrete surface.
Excess color is washed away after concrete cures.
